Goodbye thread (day 2 of regime)

My other post is from me starting it. I should have probably made it a "goodbye thread."

anyway- yesterday I started at 11:30ish
-7:30ish - then 3 am.

today 11:30 - 7:30 and now just waiting. It's 12:39 right now. I'm in the hotel hella thirsty. 3:30am is when I drink the sn. 2 hours from now I take ibuprofen 2 and 15 minutes I'll take the 30mg of meto.
2 hours and thirty the 800 of Tagamet
3:30am I'll drink the SN.

there is hot water in the fitness area that I will use to mix it with.

thank Stan for the resources and the other users that have posed goodbye threads who seem successful. I do this to give me respects back to the community.
No benzos/no h2 blockers
Fasted for 8 hours. Did drink some water about an hour ago. And took two ibuprofen to let us set in about 15 minutes ago.

I can't even imagine how hard it is and how the mind is racing. Well maybe I can, since I was in that situation when I attempted the first time and cut my wrist. I remember the fear of death was driving me literally the insane. I didn't know what to do I wanted to get up and run, it felt like I was trapped in a box and all I could do was beat myself against the walls, I wanted so desperately to run to start running and to never stop. But I knew this isn't something I can outrun, I knew it would be with me every step I took and always right behind me. I was in so much panic. I'm so sorry you are in this situation right now, I'm so sorry you and any and all of us even have to think about being in this situation much less actually facing it and being in it, you don't deserve it, you don't deserve this fear and pain. And I remember the crushing loneliness that I felt, it was horrible, I just hope you are not feeling as lonely I hope you know there are lots of people with you, I'm with you and I'm thinking about you and I keep you in my mind and in my heart. Please please please be kind to yourself, you deserve kindness!!! And if you won't do it and won't drink it - it's alright, it's ok it's ok it's ok I promise it's alright!! I wish so bad I could hug you right now!!! I know you need it and I really badly need to give you a hug right now!!! God I wish there were words but there are none.
