Hey all I'm going to keep this gbt short and simple. I will be posting updates on this thread of my pulse and oxygen if anyone is interested. I am currently admitted in hospital (physical health) following a Pulmonary Embolism which needed surgery but they have allowed me to go home get a shower and get clothes etc but little do they know, i'm not returning.

I am home alone. No family knows I've been allowed to go home for a few hours. I've got 3x 20g of SN in a snap bag in front of me with 1x 100ml and 2x 50ml of water. I weigh 48kg. I will be taking the SN in 40 minutes.

I want to say thank you to the community, i've never had anyone outside the ss community who actually understands me but i feel you guys do <3 Sorry I won't be able to give anymore ToxBase information out lmfao snooze you loose.

My SN regime

09:00 started fasting in hospital
16:00 stopped drinking fluids
17:00 600mg ibruprofen
18:00 40mg propranolol
18:00 2 Buccastem tablets dissolved on gums
19:00 20g SN in 100ml water

I have prepared 2 servings of 20g SN 50ml water in case of vomiting but I can hold back my vomit fairly easily so i'm not worried. The buccastem tablets help with migraines so hopefully that'll help with the migraine from lack of oxygen (I've used them before and they work fine for me).

There is a very looooong list of why people get blood clots ranging from genetics to lifestyle. Really there's no way to know what happened in this particular instance.

I'm sorry. I just don't know any of your backstory and saw this and was just wondering what was going on. You're very brave. I'm not that old myself and I'm going to be killing myself very soon. I think you're going to be alright. I'm sorry things didn't go better for you in this life.

7:06 My heart is racing already I don't think the propranolol has helped currently at 128bpm 95% oxygen - no pain or discomfort though
7:09 feeling little breathless and a little bit nauseous but I can hold it back - still no pain

7:15 - feeling very cold it's hard to move my fingers i'm that cold but it's not painful just discomfort atm
7:16 - slight central chest pain, I looked in the mirror and my lips are blue and i look grey
