How good do your reasons need to be?

Imposter syndrome connoisseur here. How many reasons does one need? I always feel like it's not enough. What are your reasons? Are they ever enough to justify ctb? Or do you focus on your feelings? My list is this, but it never feels enough. I just feel apathetic. Abusive childhood...

I have been planning to ctb this way for 2-3 weeks now, after many years of depression, past attempts, cries for help, spending my energy on alternatives just to stop "surviving life" or crawling in circles.
I have realized after trying many, many other solutions, that the burden of my traumas is too heavy. That I will never be free from it all. That living will always be extremely tiring, unsatisfying, and painful.
I did my best, but I really want to let go of everything and be free from it all, and I hope everyone can respect this decision as much as possible.

I will CTB:

Tuesday 16 September around 8:00 am GMT (in 12h)
At home, alone, peacefully

I will follow the SN stat protocol from PPEH book 2023

- 8 hours alone time, after which I will be discovered
- SN purity has been tested
- 3 glasses will be prepared in case
- 1000mg paracetamol
- dopamine antagonist antiemetic
- bromazolam as sedatives
- tiny cold water sip to help aftertaste​

Please do not ask me sources or tips. If you feel miserable and see no way out, you will find your ways, I promise, through ctb or through recovery.

My closed ones will get access to all my passwords and accounts after my death, so do not be bothered by the "Last seen" on my profile.
You will know I'm gone if I don't reply in the next 24h.
