God nothing works, can someone just lay out a plan and spoon-feed?

Please? I'm sick of researching for hours finding out that nothing really works, I want to do this quickly and can only search so much before I get headaches

i get it im so sorry you are in this situation my attention span is also really bad and i hate to research everything every method requires some sort of planning to not go horribly wrong
im so sorry there is no easy way out we are cursed with this life but sometimes i wish i could suicide with someone that has it all planned out..

But there should be some sort of post per method that has the details drawn out, like at this point the sites been around forever there has to be a best way to do everything so we don't all have to go through this

I really understand just wanting to be free from it all, it's just so cruel to me how it's so difficult to be permanently free from this existence, I wish there's the option to just simply cease existing and never suffer ever again. But anyway I wish you the best, I hope you find peace.
