Help Gas regulator port/hose?

Anyone have any clue if there's an adaptor available to join this kind of hose (right) to my regulator (left). Am I going to have to just scrap it and buy some new hoses? Or can I salvage this tonight?
Pretty desperate and disappointed as I was planning on going out (ctb) this evening. Thanks!
