It is possible it could work but I see too many potential flaws and possible failure points. I recommend sticking with the exit bag method since you have more control over the variables.

I have read about the method of Helium, a cpap and tubing method. Someone said as mask is not good. I know a cpap mask is used to insure folks with sleepapnea get oxygen; so why wouldn't it work for helium?
