The problem is that this thread focuses mainly on partial hanging, and it doesn't even cover it completely. What we need is a comprehensive guide that answers all questions about complete hanging in a well-arranged manner. Full suspension hanging is a very important method due to its high level of availability and reliability, and it's particularly important for those who lives in countries where guns and SN are nearly impossible to get, so i think this method deserves more attention.

You're 100% right, thank you ! And it would be great to know if there are possibilities to protect the trachea in full suspension and only block the carotids and jugulars as it's possible in partial suspension. If someone has an idea to avoid the strong vomiting reflex, it would be great too.
