I failed partial 20 times blah blah repeated, anyway, my current rope is a polypropylene rope, i weigh around 180

Anyway, so ik full isn't painless, anyone got any recommendations on how to do it properly, I wanna know when the time comes. I'll be doing it when I'm home alone so i won't be able to back out.
