Any tailors in your area? Shouldn't cost too much either. Doing it yourself takes some practice and might end up being more expensive.

I do love whisky though! And I'm pretty sure bagpipes were invented by a sadist, I purposefully avoid Glasgow town centre because there's always at least 3 people playing them!! Gives me a headache man..

Also I feel a strong sense of duty to those who suffer...everybody else thought seems to fade into the background and it makes me so sad I want to die....
