Story First post - tying loose ends

Hi everyone. I've been lurking since the summer and decided to finally create an account. I've been meaning to CTB for a while but the timing was always off with my family; I also had a work project I needed to finish bc I didn't want to leave my client in the lurch. I've just handed in the work project. I was hoping to CTB before christmas cause I really don't have the energy to do a whole family thing. However, I also didn't want to die too close to Christmas, so that the holiday won't be ruined forever for the people who love me. Late november / very early december would be ideal.

I ordered SN from a EU website a week ago, I received payment confirmation but nothing else. Wrote to them but didn't reply. So looking at other sources (difficult to find in EU!) or possibly other method. I'd try and order it from IC but haven't figured out what the initals stand for yet...

Anyway, good to be here (so to speak). Good luck to everyone.

About a week ago I started being hopeful for the first time in like 9 years! Yes you need to get your post count up to about 20 to enable pms

I do believe that it's often difficult to set a specific date for ctb far in advance as after all we live in a world where everything is unpredictable and uncertain, and things could easily get in the way of ctb plans and cause us to stay here longer than expected. I don't really agree that in this life things often get better. Saying that doesn't reflect reality. I mean all that humans have to look forward to anyway is deteriorating from very old age. But I wish you the best.

I think it depends on your disposition, brain type, etc. I come from a family with mental issues although my parents are super sane and don't really understand my grief
