It is a sad and beautiful world. Everyone here has experienced very acute trauma. We might not be ready or able to address our issues, but we all suffer at the hands of others who have done harm to us. Yeah maybe we became that preditor that we have become. But there is a REASON for our thinking that must be addressed if we really want to get to a point of wellness
