If you're hesitant perhaps it's because you're truly not set to go. There's always help (therapy, meds)! They're not perfect but maybe you should give it more thought!

I apologize but would you mind answering my first question. I'm struggling to find all the ingredients, doses, formulas, etc. It's exhausting trying to piece it all together. And I'm already exhausted!

That's why she's your ex best friend! Find an OCD support group online or otherwise... Whatever suits you best. Don't allow one person who you thought was your best friend to be the cause of ending your life!

Just wondering but did you ever try clomipramine and fluvoxamine?
