Venting Feeling depressed and disgusted

My ex left me months ago, I've been doing way better honestly and had rediscovered parts of myself that felt buried after he spent so long making me feel small and stupid. But, today I stumbled onto something gross and it was his fetish incest account on insta where him and his new partner pretend to be in an incestual relationship. He used to be against this stuff and it feels like a complete 180, last time we spoke he was pretty much on the path of becoming an alcoholic so I'm going to assume it's from drinking heavily.

I feel bad for the new gf in all this, I'm just sad seeing somebody else get caught in his web.
