Maybe read some books from famous atheist thinkers like Dawkins and Hitchens etc. That might calm your mind, that there is nothing to worry about concerning non existence. But probably won't work for everyone. I wish you a peaceful exit if that's what you choose.

If you don´t kill yourself but live untill you die "natural" you still don´t know what comes after dead. We all will know some day what comes after dead. Although the latest findings in brain research tell us that we will never know, because there is nobody and nothing left that could experience, remember or regret anything when we are dead.
