Bitcoin (BTC):Ethereum (ETH):Monero (XMR):I am not an expert in it but what i understand after reading the resources here is that the more v fast the more it will be good. recently i took a small dose of SN to test and i had eaten 1 hour before the test. It took more than 30 minutes for the symptoms to kick in. So i doubt was it because i had eaten just before taking Sn caused the symptoms to occur slowly.
