I saw another discussion about last meal, someone mentioned they would fast after last meal.
Why do they fast after last meal? In my country, it's thought not auspicious to die hungry!
SN requires a certain amount of time to fast to reduce chances of vomiting. Other OD methods with meds also require a certain amount of time to fast. You don't really need to fast íf you plan to hang urself whether full or partial.
1. You won't leave as big pile of a mess in your pants when you die and empty your bowels.
2. Some methods like SN require you to fast to increase the likelihood of catching the bus by reducing stomach acid and speeding up the absorption rate.

When you die all your muscles relax- all of them. Including ones that are holding anything in your bowel or bladder so most people deficate/urinate when they die, yes.
