Venting Fancying a fellow suicidal person.....And hospital fears

We are both in hospital at the moment. He has made about four or five unsuccessful attempts. I really like him. Not sure if he feels that way. I want to put make up on to go and see him today, but then that's really obvious that I like him. I'm also worried, because there's no way we can be good for each other. He is 9/10 suicidal and about to be sectioned. I'm currently at 7, because the meds are helping a bit, but they have pooped out before.

I'm also scared I will be put into a care home and trapped in this torturous life. About to have an assessment of my life skills, and I ain't got none.

Am also nervous to go and see him, because so agitated.

Aargh. Fuck. A living nightmare.

you'll hurt each other even if neither of you die. i'd be worried about him killing himself or not being able to be around him because one of you will make his mental health worse. if you care about him it's best to leave him be.

You can always just like him, and stay at that. (And I don't think putting on makeup will give you away.)
It's nice to have a crush, even if it's one sided.

He did offer to wax my legs :) I think it is gonna be a short crush, then we won't findveach other again. My dream this AM meanly said my room is going to be like my hamster cage, and the fact I am basically a vegetable when these meds kick our, vegetables can't date.

I managed to veet my legs, while discussing with my bank giving Power of Attorney to my dad. Devastating.

Me and tbis man, we discussed nice things, then moved to ctb methods. He is a drinker and smokes white. To ctb would be a kindness for both of us....but it wasn't all we talked about.

When I was in hospital one of the times... several people there were talking about how they didn't want to meet someone in a psych ward. I didn't say anything, but to my thinking why does that matter? Firstly, how would you know if some random person you met on the street hadn't also been in a psych ward and was suicidal? You usually wouldn't, I wager. And this is a thing you have in common... a thing to potentially bond over and start a conversation. If that conversation led to happier things, then what's the problem? It's not about purposefully setting out to "fix" someone... but more about "what if" two people being together just happens to give each the strength to fix themselves, because that little confidence boost and no longer being alone and knowing the other person really sees you and you don't have to be fake...

Can it blow up in your face? Sure. But no moreso than any random other person in the world can go sideways.

I think the best thing was he made the time go faster, and it was a bit of excitement in my day. He's been locked on a closed ward now though, don't know which one, so probably won't see him again.

That's good. So both of you had each other's company in a dark time and place.

I hope you heal and leave that place for good.
