I had an oral exam at the university today. I prepared a lot for it. I passed the D and the lecturer said that she was not happy with me. Other people who passed got B and C. I feel worthless.

My friend you should absolutely not feel worthless, university oral exams are by far the worst, it heavily depends on your social skills in the first place and not on your personal knowledge.

I've shared this story before, but I'll share it again because I think it might be worth hearing.
In my third year of university, I failed 5 of my 10 courses. Not even passed with a D — failed. And my grades for the courses I did pass were nothing to write home about.
I ended up getting a doctorate and becoming a professor for several years.
The moral of the story is that one exam doesn't define you. A year of bad exam's doesn't define you. Please don't assume you are worthless because of some bad grades. As a former educator, it's disheartening to know how much stock people put into what letter they get on a paper or exam.
I don't know you, and I don't know what other stuff is going on in your life. But I do know that the lecturer not being happy with you is not a valid assessment aid your worth as a person.
