Failed heroin OD

About a month back I did my research and ordered some heroin with the intent to OD and finally decided to do it last Saturday.

I prepared the heroin (1.5 grams) as instructed and loaded it in a syringe. Went and laid in my bed and inserted the needle in the vein in the crook of my elbow, pulled back to make sure i was in the vein and emptied the entire syringe in myself.

Immediately I felt this intense rush and in said "this is going to work". I laid down at peace with dying and then I could tell things were going wrong. My heart started beating harder than I thought and body went numb. I thought maybe I was going to have a heart attach which wasn't ideal but if that is what was happening, I accepted it.

I ended up waking the next morning with what felt like an alcohol hangover and intense emotional pain. Since then I have felt nothing but despair.

I can't believe that didn't work and still don't know where it went wrong.

First of all, I'm sorry you have to go through this. Failing an attempt is so awful, but don't be too hard on yourself

What went wrong? Most likely, the heroin you had wasn't pure 1.5g of heroin, rather it was cut with other shit. Did you test it for its purity?

Im sorry that happened to you. Please try your best to lay off the idea of suicide for a while and dont think much about what happened to you. It's best for you to not remember the experience so you dont get addicted. Opioid ODs arent predictable especially heroin which is often cut or simply impure like Praestat said.
If you were to ever attempt again I wouldnt risk doing it again with opioids even with stronger ones. The risk of addiction is huge and you cant simply ignore it.

Are you sure it was 1 and a half grams??? I really can't picture that much heroin fitting in one syringe.....
Unless it was a 10ml syringe?

I am sorry it did not work for you. The emotional low after heroin is grueling and is often why people can not quit it. I hope you can ride it out.

Did you test your heroin at all? Even if it was pure, you might have hit the genetic lottery so to speak and have a natural resistance to opioids.

I have woken up after a failed attempt and it is a horrible feeling. I am sorry.

There isn't any great options for testing in TX. It's even illegal to get some harm reduction supplies like fent test stripes. I agree with the might have hit the genetic lottery. I have tried some months or even a year ago with oxy and survived a what would be lethal to most dose. Of course I enter the opioid market after fent has been more widely removed in the states.

Dark web. I did tons of research on the seller and he was highly recommended by many people on the retailing sight and dread.

I'm sorry this happened to you. I think the reason is down to either administration or the quality of the H - there are different types of H. I personally don't think it's genetic lottery. Many people actually wake up from a heroin OD after a day or two. The only members who I know died from it are those who took 4-5g by boofing.

They are legit along with any other market on tor.taxi. Just be sure to do a little research on the vendor. The reviews on the market sites are not always the best resource. I would recommend another site called dread.

Did you use heroin #3 (the insoluble one that requires citric acid) or #4 (the soluble one)?

I did do it IV and certain I got in the vein. Initially I thought it was going to work but then things got weird. I should just give up on opiates but it really does sound like the best ending. I have three other methods ready to go, but I just can't get past wanting to OD. I'm sure I'll move past it eventually

There's always a risk losing your money when it comes to these things, so do your best research and just make peace with it. Take your time and study the reviews, specifically the number of disputes and open transactions with the seller - the lower, the better.

Please be very careful when trying to meet up with strangers on this website, too. Some people take advantage of the vulnerable.

How you prep it depends on the type of heroin. I had what they call #4 which dissolves in water with needing heat. Black tar H requires heat to dissolve.

I took my H#4 and mixed with about 2.5oz of saline and gave it about 10 minutes to dissolve. Once dissolved I loaded it into the syringe filtering through a micron filter (sold on Amazon).

It was pretty simple. Just make sure all of your equipment is sterile.
