Help Exit bag with helium tank from a party store?

I read that some of these helium tanks that blow up balloons and such can be as low as 80% helium… does that mean it wouldn't work for the exit bag method?

just would be easier to purchase is this way rather than get a n2 tank from a welder supply store or something. just wondering if this can be done.

Unfortunately it's a thing of the past. They used to be cheap, accessible and effective method BUT due to growing popularity of this method and also due to several mishaps during "voice change" trick when people fainted after playing with helium balloons for too long, manufacturers decided to "contaminate" party sets with 20% oxygen. It's still enough helium to make balloons float but also enough oxygen to sustain human life so no - you need industrial grade tank with high purity inert gas. Party sets are no longer a way to go.
