Im UK based and am starting to put together the equipment for an N2 exit bag. But I noticed that this method is not very popular in the UK and I wonder why as getting the equipment together theoretically seems very easy.. it is also a tried and tested from what I have read. So yes any thoughts as to why, or any success stories of this method being used in the UK, ,? Or am I just overthinking nothing

I'm also UK based, an exit bag is my preferred choice too but made the mistake of not researching helium properly. I ended up buying a Balloon Time canister from Asda only to read they lowered the purity to 80% which won't do the trick. I'm screwed now as I have run out of money, nitrogen and I believe argon will do the trick. Both relatively cheap to source albeit beyond my means now unfortunately. I'm ctb within 48 hours but I'm stuck now deciding between night night as I have everything I need or going for my wrists. I failed with my wrists 30 years ago as a teenager so it's not what I want to do really. I just know that whichever of the two methods I can't fail again, I'm spiralling and need the pain to go away.

I'm also uk based and have done a lot of research. Exit bag with Argon is my choice. Everything is set up and ready to use. Oddly enough, I've found the proses of preparing quite therapeutic. I've not set a date and just living in the moment before the time being.
