I sweat all the time , my whole upper body. I sweat a lot especially after eating.
I sweat even if I walk from one room to the other . The most irritating part is the scalp and facial sweating as it makes me extremely uncomfortable. The Indian summer is making it extremely worse for me.
This is one of the primary reasons I hate being born
I hate life.

Thanks for understanding. People in my life have been constantly denying and invalidating me, my suffering. At this point of time I believe I am a crybaby and too weak to put up with life.

yeah, I feel you. I have to shower everyday because my hair gets extremely dirty, I've tried everything: combining different shampoos, gels, even tried washing my hair with soap, doesn't work. it's just my shitty genetics that I did not choose to have, unfair

Couldn't agree more. And it's a natural bodily function so in many people's mind they can't even be bothered to try to put themselves in your shoes to imagine what it would be like constantly

I can't stand sweating but more often It's just that I feel uncomfortably hot and gross. hot. But as I am middle aged, I am absolutely dreading the thought of night sweats and hot flashes where you genuinely do sweat because I have contamination OCD so all of this adds up and makes me feel worse. I have greasy skin for some reason to begin with.

OP, how long has it been going on for? Have you looked into medical explanations?

It has been this way since I was a kid. Its genetic cause many people on the mother s side have this issue.
I reduced salt intake cause salt worsens it. Also caffeine and tea worsen it . I have previously been prescribed medication which didn't help. Recently I have started using a 5% sulfur soap, u have to apply the soap in the sweaty area . Keep it like for say 10 minutes and then wash, it helps .

I'm sorry you're dealing with this too. It's something I've dealt with since my teens. I've never seen a doctor about it or told anyone because it feels embarrassing😭

try Glycopyrrolate or Oxybutynin and a strong anti perspirant spray for the rest of your body.

I used to have this when I was 13, only under my arms. SO embarassing. I got treated for it. Here is a website with a lot of helpful information. PLEASE try to get treatment, and live your life. https://www.mayoclinic.org/diseases-conditions/hyperhidrosis/diagnosis-treatment/drc-20367173

I have the same problem with sweating/heat making my scalp really itchy. It drives me up the wall and can get pretty debilitating sometimes so I feel you. I'm pretty sure it's just because I have a chronically dry scalp or something, since I notice after a while of sweating when my head is wet enough it goes away. Have you dried any special shampoos or conditioners for dry skin and/or dandruff? They might work for you. Although I haven't found one for me that fixes the problem. I wish you better luck.

can use sulfur soap, it reduces somewhat. Quitting tea and caffeine and reducing salt intake also helps.

I can recommend a shower gel with either active charcoal or microfine clay. Especially the microfine clay one makes my skin significantly dryer throughout the day

This sounds like some kind of thyroid issue or hormonal imbalance tbh, please go to a doctor and have them check you out.
