everything hurts

i feel so lonely and so miserable. my mental anguish is beginning to show itself in physical symptoms.
my limbs won't stop aching and i constantly feel like puking. i'm constantly dizzy and i can't get rid of this headache. i have a ringing in my ears that won't go away, sometimes i hear music; but i know it isn't actually there.
i'm so tired. i take pain meds and try to improve my sleep schedule but it doesn't help.

Me too. Feel like I'm recovering from a car crash. All the time and it doesn't gey better, it just gets worse.
