Help Can dizziness happens very early?

In the pph it's mentioned that dizziness typically happens 3 minutes after drinking SN. I want to know if there's any case where the person reported feeling dizzy within the first minute of drinking SN.

I want to know that because after drinking SN I don't want to lay back immediately. I want first to walk in my room for one minute then lay back in my bed. I believe that will be much more comfortable for me. So I want to know for sure that I won't feel dizzy and fall while I'm walking.
