Yep. A stupid part of me kind of hopes to get found out too. I wish people I know could understand what this is like. Discovering someone in the same boat or having someone read my unedited thoughts would be both a blessing and a curse. I guess part of me doesn't want to give up on connecting yet.

I don't like the idea of anyone knowing. I try to put up a front irl. Suppose I'm ashamed and also don't want anyone to stop me if I attempt.

I worry someone I know would read my posts and connect the dots, which is ridiculous because they'd be here for the same reasons too!

I'm sure that this can definitely occur but not super common. Most people I know are too busy living their lives and these thoughts are rare for them. I don't know anyone else that well personally who is in dire straits and regularly suicidal.
