I am told that tert-amyl alcohol (2-methyl-2-butanol) is some 20 times stronger than plain ethanol, so that a shot of it would be the equivalent of about 20 standard drinks. I also recall seeing a table that showed the BAC produced by both varying amounts of ethanol and varying amounts of 2M2B.
