Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

Are there any people here who suspect or are confirmed to have this condition? If so, how is your experience?

Don't have it but heard of it when I had my septoplasty. It sounds so scary.

I don't. But I looked into it and learned a small bit about it. And I can say I would never want to experience that; and some people have to live with that. :(

Oh my goodness. I'll bet you're so relieved to not have it. I was reading about it, and I don't know what I'd do if I had to get a septoplasty with the fear of empty nose syndrome hanging in the air. Hopefully you fully recovered.

Yeah, I was soooo scared. But the surgeon reassured me a lot and I understood I only had a very small chance of getting it. I fully recovered without sequelae, although my septum was too deviated for her to do a decent job. I still snore heavily.

Hmm, that sucks. But it's good you're overall okay post surgery.
