Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

I am in a situation where I can be taken at any time. I will have all things necessary for an emergency SN protocol taped to my body 24/7 from now on. I will have 30mg of metoclopramide and an SN pill (SN poured into an empty gel capsule) all in a very very tiny bag. If I have to take it I will end up taking everything all at once, Should I expect to throw up? I have been reading about other people taking SN pills and it seems like they avoid throwing up even when they don't take metoclopramide. What should I expect when taking the emergency SN. I know it will take a longer time to kick in.

1. Where did you find a gel capsule big enough to hold 25g of SN? The bioavailability will be reduced if taken in pill/capsule form, so you'll need even more?
2. You probably won't if you take an antiemetic at the right time. However, you might.

People who didn't dissolve it in water first may have avoided vomiting, but more importantly, they didn't die. It needs to be dissolved in water first for bioavailability.

SN needs to be taken on an empty stomach if it is to be expected to work.

If you take it right before being "taken", then it sounds like you won't be alone when it starts to take effect. If that's the case, you're going to be saved. They'll see you turning blue etc, so they'll know you took SN & that you need to be treated with methylene blue. You will be treated & saved. SN attempts need to be done alone with complete privacy. You should expect to survive this attempt.
