Easy to access CTB methods?

I cannot sit here and take it anymore. I need a quick way out, i can't handle this anymore. The only thing i can think of that i would be able to do at the moment is jump infront of a large vehicle, as i live on a farm alongside the highway..But i've thought about doing this before, and i wouldn't want to cause somebody unsuspecting any large dose of trauma like that, as nobody deserves that.. But if it comes down to it, i guess that's what i'll resort to.

I cannot access many medications in my house, as due to other attempts, they've been locked in a safe, along with any guns in the house. I'm on prescription meds, which i will read about to see if i could take those in a large dose if they have a lethal outcome, but i'm not sure.

Unfortunately suicide isn't easy, if it was I would be long gone at this point, and I bet that there wouldn't be all these endless threads about methods on this forum if people could just quickly leave this world in a straightforward and accessible way. Jumping infront of a vehicle just sounds like it could likely just lead to injuries rather than death but anyway I hate how we exist in a world where those who want to be gone cannot just pass away in peace. Suicide really shouldn't have to be so difficult for us.
