Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

Well I am not really documented on the matter so I would wait for more people's opinion but I think it depends on the amount you take. Yk ? So you are sure that it will work well. Also depends on where you want to drown, like a bathtub wouldn't work so well I think.
