If a person performs long drop hanging in a bridge, is there a possibility of rescue? Because although it is said that when the neck brakes the death is instantaneous, i found out that death is not instantaneous, rather unconsciousness. So death comes after. So could the person be rescued?

There is always a possibility of being rescued. Nothing is 100% guaranteed, unfortunately. This is why careful planning is important.

Very important: Calculate the length of your drop. If the rope is too long you can be decapitated - then there's no chance to be rescued.

how long and how thick do you think the rope should be so theres decapitation? Also, wouldn't a wire be best for this kind of job?
Much longer than the calculated length. Idk how long. Each neck is different. Rope about thumb thick (1/2 inch) I would say and the rope must also be strong enough to hold several times your body weight. You're decapitated bc of the forces that appear when the free fall is stopped suddenly - not only your neck breaks but the bone and flesh break up too.

Drop hanging has more involved than simple full suspension.
Check out all of your options.

WAIT! ALWAYS THOUGHT IF THE ROPE WAS TOO SHORT THEN YOU GET DECAPITATED AND IF ITS TOO LONG YOUR NECK GETS SNAPPED TO OBLIVION
Let's look at this what's happening physically here:

Once you jump you're in a free fall and your body will be accelerated with 10m/s. If you fall only 1m you're not as fast as after 10m free fall. There's a much stonger force when the free fall stops after 10m than after 1m.

I hope that explains it.

Would decapitation be ensured if you jumped from a high place ?

Yes, if the force is strong enough at the moment the free fall comes to a rapid halt and considering the rope and anchor don't break it's highly likely that you will be decapitated.

That's why it is important to calculate the length of the rope according to the body weight so this isn't gonna happen in an execution.

I'm thinking about rope decapitation as a method since it seems more available.
If you're light weight, wouldn't the rope bounce if you jump from a high place ? I feel like shorter drop applies more forces while long drop from let's say 60m would probably cause a deceleration and maybe make the rope bounce ?

You should warm up your calculator and figure out your effective weight when you reach the end of your rope.
Distance falling greatly increases that weight.
Your anchor and rope need to withstand that shock load. Fall far enough you would need a rope so thick as to be unmanageable. More cartoon looking than functional. (think Sadam)
Can you afford a rope that thick and long?
It will also be difficult to hide.

No drop has lighter requirements.

Good luck!
