Nope, there is none, because this is not true. In Intimacy physical attraction is a must, getting just well settled won't get you very far in this game. Just look at nature and see in most mammals, male is actual better, more powerful creature with respect to female. The only sound reason is that female just reproduce with males with the best features and the rest have to die. This is happening on a large scale in human society for ages that's why we look so different from monkeys and are intelligent (most major inventions are done by human male)
In birds, it has been observed that females reproduce with males doing some kind of dance or showoff and it has nothing to do with logic of choosing the "right" partner. Human female also shows the same behavior in selecting a partner (Reference to "rizz", "game"). The getting settled doesn't matter in genuine attraction or in case of a desperate female who is not financial independent, other way is to keep women captive and let them operate them in under strict rules (old times) this is not possible, so natural behavior is impossible to stop.
