About 15 years ago there was a blog on the internet that I consulted by chance that proposed 2 perfect suicide methods: Nembutal and catheter exsanguination. For the second, they proposed injecting a cannula and opening it by putting the arm in a bucket of hot water so that the blood comes out quickly. But I don't know if it's possible to lose enough blood through a vein to die.

Am not sure if you could easily find the right one or if you could loose enough blood from that but I think it would be a good way to avoid blood clotting that makes cutting less effective

strong dizziness is the only "side effect" that will happen for sure

have to cut an artery. That's the only way you would bleed to death.
Not mega quick but you're go unconscious very quickly.
