I experienced depression for the first time when I was being bullied in school. After some time it went away (at least I thought).
Then in 2026 I got depressed out of nowhere even though nothing changed. However there are reasons that make me depressed such as family, loneliness and my pastI am in an abusive relationship with no support from my family. I think it would be stranger if I was not depressed.Similar threads
