You can survive just about anything in principle. SN is fairly treatable if medical attention comes quickly enough, and SN makes you prone to vomiting, which also could lead to surviving. That's why people take anti-emetics and follow a regimen when CTB'ing with SN

On the 16th of May I took sn. The police had been called because they knew I had it and I panicked and took it. I started turning blue but it was peaceful. I didn't follow protocol at all and took 7g of SN. I had medical help really quickly and I still went into a cardiac arrest at the hospital and they did cpr on me for 25 minutes.

Ideal methods are hard to come by. N fits the bill from what I've heard, but it's nigh impossible to get these days. Besides that, a gun probably works, though being able to get one depends on location. In general, it's quite hard to guarantee success and not really suffer in the process.

Can't get a gun to CTB in my country.
