Do actually people around you know that you are suicidal? Or you just keep it secretly.

2 peers/friends of mine have known that I've thought in detail about ending my life and wanted to, but not that i currently have the means to end my life, or the extent to which i have planned. i try not to talk about about it too much (i.e. more than it takes for us to be able to carry on a conversation, which is not more often than every 2 months or longer)

Nobody in my life even realizes i have crippling depression. I'm able to put on a good enough act.

My parents, sister and my psychiatrist know. I don't really need to hide it, because I know none will ever take any serious action.

Some of them do, yeah. But I don't think they understand that I'm serious lol.
