Haha yeah I was losing it to be honest, this was ages ago.….it wasn't a great deal of money so I didn't really care.

Restrictions aren't actually awful in the UK, it's legal to own but it's still a reportable poison so unless it's coming from abroad it's a bit of a palava. I found it was easy to get lower purity SN from suppliers with little checks however without real, documented use, I wasn't getting the 98%+ I wanted.

To be honest, if you get an assured source that actually works I think it'd be a worthy expense, right?

In my case, I'm an American, and because of a lot of suicides attributed to SN here it's become far more restricted than before. I distinctly remember there was a time where you could be very pure 98%+ SN on Amazon. Amazon. Hell, that was how I got mine. Nowadays, it seems like there's a lot of holes and hoops you gotta maneuver to find a resource. I get why, I'd rather not have an emotional, horomonal, teenager decide they want to kill themselves in a heat of passion and buy some SN off of Amazon and kill themselves the next day. I personally believe, at least in the U.S., the restrictions serve their purpose on restricting it from the hands of minor through the financial and legal hoops posed by getting it. I think here in the U.S. the only way you'd feasibly be able to get it without a source is by using a sketchy website or having the proper documentation that a chemical supplier can send it to you.

Huh, I'm weirdly not surprised. It isn't like there was restrictions or a public view on SN before journalism pushed SN as the in suicide method.

It's a bit of a shame, but I get why it happens. Regardless of your beliefs, suicide is objectively a hot topic and will get traction, especially if you (rightfully so, I mean, it's true) frame it from the "Think of the poor children!". I suppose DMC/DSL does his work through telegram now or is he straight up gone-zo?

No DSL is actually fearless I'm sure. He still has a website, WhatsApp, telegram etc…. For god sake his name is plastered everywhere. The fact that Ukraine is an active war zone definitely works to their advantage lol.
