Discussion Disorganized speech

Does anybody else struggle with disorganized speech? I have been with it since, last year I believe. Sometimes when I talk the sentence I want to say will come out all jumbled, like all the right words will be there but not in the correct order. Or sometimes my topics wont make any sense, people tell me I jump from one subject to another quickly. Does anyone know how to overcome it or have any advice?

Did you get it from a brain injury or just social anxiety & not speaking much? if it's the second thing then Id say try to read more and practice fake scenarios thats how I overcame my issue with making mistakes while speaking because Ive always been quiet and Ive always understood what people said I Just never bothered to reply or speak to anyone. That made speaking sort of difficult but over time with practice your tongue gets used to speaking and youll speak normally without making much mistakes

No brain injuries, but I don't speak a lot, so you're probably right. I read a lot too, but hardly aloud so maybe that is the issue. Thanks
