Venting Diphenhydramine Addiction is going to kill me

I know it's a dumb addiction but I'm only so addicted because I know it's hurting me and causing me brain damage. With each dosage I'm getting worse and worse and worse and all I can do is watch myself slowly kill myself.

It makes my mental health so much worse and all I do when I can't have it is try to end my life.

The shadows and hallucinations I see bring me comfort even if it hurts to see them .
I took 3000mg and died from this and yet I'm still addicted to it , what the fuck is wrong with me !
I feel so alone .... all the time and the only thing that can stop my brain from ending itself is drugs , any drug it doesn't matter .
I'm so pathetic .
I hope my addiction kills me like it has so many other people . Add me to the statistic I don't fucking care.

Isn't that what's in sleeping pills? I was going to hook up with a friend and try somno, but didn't want to be woken up while she touched me. I tried 50mg, plus half a cup of nyquil, and it made me feel very groggy and tired, but I did not manage a second of sleep that night, so the plans were undone. I still want to try somno with her, but I don't know how to make myself sleep and stay asleep (without risking death) - I am suicidal but I need to live a while longer for personal reasons. I can't believe you took 3000mg, that is insane to me. One pill was 50, so by that metric you took 60 of the pills that only one of had wrecked me. I wish it made me sleep. Does it help you sleep? Or do you just get tired/groggy/brain fog/pain?

I was worried I might overdose from just two, but you make 100mg seem safe. How much would you recommend I try, if I wanted to fall asleep and stay asleep to try somno? Without.. overly risking my health of course.
