die in bed/laying down

I have decided for myself that (partial) hanging is the best possible solution for me (regarding effectiveness, pain..)

Yet i would really like to die in my bed/ laying down. There is no way to combine these two aspects is there?

You know, Ideal way to die for me would be while sleeping.

You could partial hang using one of these laying down positions but you would need an anchor point near enough to do this and I imagine there might be more difficulties doing those positions.
