If there's no improvement at home with your suicidal tendencies and no improvement at the hospital including therapy, psychiatrist, medication and treatment what do you do?

I have a nitrogen tank sitting in my closet with the tubes and regulator all set up. I plan on refilling the tank and then reattaching the regulator and everything, maybe buying some zip ties and straps. This is what I do when nothing else works out, I plan to ctb.

For me, it was HORRIBLE!
Not the bad food, bad staff, nothing, it was after I was released, the thought of ANY medical drove me up a wall.
Jump, roll over, it is 10:30pm and your feet are STILL on the floor, get them off the floor NOW!
Did NOT at all help my mental health whatsoever, in my point of view, I was just "parked" there and then released.
