i suffer from very severe dpdr
when I stay up very late at night I always stare at the wall while my vision feels more intensely dreamlike(?) and goes back to normal ovwr and over
I don't remember the last time I felt real, sometime in late 2022 the days started passing by so so sonso so so so fast and I didn't feel real and I wad so scared and it's only gotten so much worse since then
I wonder if I ctb ill wake up from this dream
