• Hey Guest,

We wanted to share a quick update with the community.

Our public expense ledger is now live, allowing anyone to see how donations are used to support the ongoing operation of the site.

Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

I was wrongfully held in psychiatric facilities a couple of times because some former friends of mine straight up lied and manipulated me, and now I'm terrified of being wrongfully imprisoned. It would be very hard to ctb in an actual prison or a long term psych ward. Idk what the future holds but sometimes I think it would be better to take an opportunity now while I still have the freedom.

The other consideration would be chronic illnesses or injuries that would prevent one from carrying out any number of methods. I already have illnesses that make some methods less viable.

I'd definitely want to CTB before I had to go into a nursing home or if I got to the point where I needed to be reliant on others. I don't want to be old.

It also deeply worries me that I may screw up a first attempt at suicide and debilitate myself somehow from trying again. I feel as if I'd like to get other methods prepared ready as backups. I really can't fail.
