I didn't cut them today, I did it yesterday, but they keep opening when I walk and blood keeps spotting on my pants. I'm scared someone will notice, what should I do? Band-aids won't work because they are too close together it would get the sticky stuff in the others. Any ideas?
clean and dry the cuts the best you can, then use super glue to cover the cut . Wait for the glue to dry before you move around. You may need to keep adding more superglue every couple of hours depending on how deep the cut is.
"Liquid bandage" is the brand name if you have money. But super glue works exactly the same.
They likely won't be able to get stitches since you can only get them within 6-8 hours after getting injured and they stated that the cut was from yesterday.
*Just to let you know OP, I do not have a background in medicine* @g0ne1nthew1nd try going to the pharmacy and see if they have any steri strips or butterfly bandages that you can use to close your cut. If they don't have any then try cutting your bandaids lengthwise and use them to try and close the wound. You can also look into getting other types of bandages, such as gauze, and dress your cut instead.
Depending on how big the area you have cut, I'd suggest steri strips and large non adherent pads, you can cut them up and use them to make larger dressings, then tape them in place and lightly bandage, please remember to change the dressings daily and keep the wounds clean
Here is a link for the non adherent dressings they are basically the padding bit of a normal bandaid, do not use gauze or bandage directly over the area as they will stick and reopen your cuts when you take them off

thank you to all of u who replied, I'll definitely be using superglue and the non-adherent pads from now on. They did stop bleeding, they definitely aren't deep enough for stiches loll

I'm happy the super glue worked for you. I sliced my finger open (almost to the bone) a few months ago and had to keep re-applying the super glue and bandage for a week until my body finally healed itself.
