I want to end things because I'm tired of feeling like a failure and always being wrong about things. I can barely be an adult and will never have more than a minimum wage job. What are ways to end things quickly and peacefully, preferably that I can hide from a spouse that works from home?

I'm sorry that you've gotten to this point, but I strongly recommend that you pick another method because not only are allergy pills slow and painful, but they also probably won't kill you and you will just get put in a psych ward after you fail. It's your decision though but in my opinion it's not worth it

Hollywood prolly. many romanticised scenes of taking some pills, drinking half a glass of wine and dying. or slitting your wrists in a bathtub. or discharging a firearm from underneath your chin

That sounds painful and not appealing to me. There are way better methods available. and only your ( ? ) in the thread title indicates you are not "SURE" about it. and That's the worst what can ever happen. CTB is a final and irreversibible desision. I hope you can find peace but be sure you really want that peace!

Sadly I just don't think that suicide is as straightforward as just taking easily accessible pills as after all we exist in this cruel world where suicide is purposely made as difficult as possible for people, I certainly wish that suicide is that easy but anyway I hope that you eventually find what you are searching for, best wishes.
