All theoretical of course, but would a method involving purposely crashing your car be reliable or realistic? Im talking as fast as possible, into something solid, like maybe a tree. I've never heard this discussed and im curious because I can't think of any downsides or reasons it wouldn't work.

While car crash sounds reliable as a method, it ain't worth it. This data shows that in 2023 there were an estimated 6,138,359 police-reported traffic crashes in which 40,901 people were killed in the United States. That's less than 1% fatality rate for car crashes. Granted not all of reported car crashes is certainly fatal, but the chances is just too low to handle with.

I would be worried about potential harm to others. Plus it's gonna depend a lot based on the car, your physical stats, etc so not very reliable. And then there is also the issue of what happens to the car itself after.

It's a horrible fucking idea. It's an unpredictable outcome and if you don't die, the likelihood of severe injuries is extreme

What about raming into something like a metal post they use to keep cars out of certain areas or a reinforced wall at high speeds?

maybe without the security belt, but cars are made for the users to survive in case of a crash, they absorbe as much of the damage as possible..

Highly unpredictible and the consequences of failure would likely be very severe. Train is a better option I think, though it takes a lot to do that and not a good idea if you don't want to make a mess.
