ctb tylenol and opiates

i had been planning to go to south america to buy N but it seems a bit overwhelming.

i have heard it is very painful to overdose on tylenol.

i have some oxy however not enough to ctb. i am wondering if i took a shit ton of tylenol and the oxys i do have (25 mg worth) would the oxy be enough to prevent the pain of the tylenol

Tylenol overdose will make you sick and probably put you in the hospital.
They will notice andvrefer you to some follow up treatment, possibly in a psyc hospital. Not worth it.
