CTB logistics -- police, notes, notification, etc

hi guys i am getting ready to CTB and i need some logistical help. if anyone can answer any of these questions i would be so so grateful.

1. I live in the US, but in a different state from where I was born (and where my parents live). How will it work for the police to ID my body and notify my legal next of kin (I am single/childless/etc)?
2. I want to leave 2 notes, 1 for my bf and 1 for my parents. Should I leave physical paper notes, how will those be delivered to my people (particularly out-of-state people)? Or would it be better to send scheduled emails?
3. Should I notify police of my death with a scheduled message? I do not know how long it would take for people to notice I was gone, I'm guessing at least 24h.
4. I live in an apartment with a roommate, I am planning to do it in my private room with the door locked, late at night when I likely will be undisturbed. Will the landlord enter my room if I "go missing", or will that be police? Is there anything I should do to protect people from the trauma of finding me?

Any notes found on the scene will be sealed and locked as evidence. Realize that it may take more than 48 hours for death to occur (recent case of someone surviving N after 48 hours), so you may want to prolong them.

Be careful about your recent behavior and set up a baseline. No do anything that would make anyone suspect something could be awry.

But above all, make sure you're making the correct decision.
