Criticism hurts so much.

I am a very sensitive person with a very low self esteem. I take everything to heart. I faked an experience of 4 years when I fact I have real experience of only 1 year and landed a better paying high stress job.
My senior is surprised at my lack of knowledge of so many things and he criticised me as well. Besides I am very absent minded , I cannot focus and apply logic . No motivation. Depression.It hurts so much .

i get what you mean, insults usually stick with me, even when they aren't personal. i wish i could grow a thicker skin.
