Venting coward of dedecated

6 years i panned on dying and still i am around. wel i had a break when i ment my gf for some years buts a pathetic. im a coward. i did have many attempts but i just seem too stupid to do it right. ironically i give tips on how to do it to other on the side. cowardish. I worked hard not being a coward facing my faces for years ago gut now im just too cowardly to end this indignifity existence. very pathetic . never wanted to become that person but here we are.

You're not a coward my friend. It's very difficult to let go, as life is all we know. Our stupid brains seek comfort and avoid danger, which keeps us trapped in a pointless cycle - viewing life as the safe option despite it being the root cause of our suffering. We are literally hardwired to view this sick game in that manner. It isn't our fault...
